# Weekly analytics email

The weekly analytics email is a short summary of last week, sent on Mondays, so you don't have to open the dashboard to know how your links did.

> Markdrop isn't sending the weekly email yet. You can already choose whether you want it, and your choice applies when sending starts.

## What's in it

- **Views** for last week, and the change on the week before.
- **People**, **Watch time** and **Read to the end**.
- **Top links**: your three busiest links, each with a one-line note, like how much of a video people watched and where the biggest drop was.
- **Worth a look**: up to two things that stand out.
- An **Open analytics** button that takes you to your dashboard.

"Last week" runs Monday to Sunday in UTC. As on the dashboard, your own views and your workspace members' views aren't counted.

## When it's sent

The email goes out on Mondays, from 03:30 UTC. You get it only if at least one of your links was viewed last week. A quiet week means no email.

## Turn it on or off

Go to [Settings › Account](https://markdrop.in/settings/account). Under **Email**, switch **Weekly analytics email** on or off. It's on unless you turn it off.

You can also choose **Turn off weekly emails** at the bottom of any weekly email. Markdrop asks you to confirm, then stops sending it. To get it again, switch it back on in Settings.
