# Get fresh part URLs

`POST https://api.markdrop.in/api/v1/files/uploads/{upload_id}/urls`

New presigned URLs for parts of an upload in progress, for when the first ones expired before you used them.

- **Authentication:** API token required: `Authorization: Bearer mdk_…`.
- **Rate limit:** 60 per minute per IP address.

## Path parameters

- `upload_id` (string, required): The `upload_id` that [Start a file upload](https://docs.markdrop.in/api/files/start-a-file-upload) returned.

## Request body

`application/json`.

- `part_numbers` (array of integer): The parts that need a fresh URL. Leave it out for every part not yet uploaded. Up to 10,000 items.

## Responses

- `200`: OK.
  - `upload_id` (string)
  - `part_size` (integer)
  - `parts` (array of object)
    - `part_number` (integer)
    - `url` (string)
  - `expires_at` (string (date-time)): ISO 8601, for example `2026-11-30T12:00:00Z`.
- `401`: No token, or the token is revoked or mistyped.
- `422`: The request didn't validate. `detail` lists each problem, with where it is (`loc`) and why (`msg`).
- `429`: Too many requests from your IP address. Wait the seconds in `Retry-After`.
