# Connect the workspace's Jira site

`PUT https://api.markdrop.in/api/v1/jira/site`

Admins and owners: the Jira site (`cloud_id`, one your connection reaches), the projects on Team (`projects`; none: Team shows nothing from Jira), and the default project and issue type for new issues. Registers the webhooks that keep statuses in step.

## Request body

`application/json`, required.

- `workspace_id` (string, required): Matches `^[0-9a-f]{24}$`.
- `cloud_id` (string, required): 1–80 characters.
- `projects` (array of string): Up to 20 items.
- `default_project` (string): Up to 20 characters.
- `default_issue_type` (string): Up to 60 characters.

## Responses

- `200`: OK.
- `401`: No token, or the token is revoked or mistyped.
- `422`: The request didn't validate. `detail` lists each problem, with where it is (`loc`) and why (`msg`).
- `429`: Too many requests from your IP address. Wait the seconds in `Retry-After`.
