# Meetings inbox: the script's run

`POST https://api.markdrop.in/api/v1/meetings/inbox/status`

The Connect Google Meet script (v2 and later) reports each run here, with its `meetings:import` token. `phase: "start"` returns `{ok, latest_version, queue}`: `queue` is the Docs someone asked for by link that this script should fetch first (`[{file_id}]`). `phase: "done"` stores how the run went: `version`, `mode` (`run`, `setup`, `backfill` or `check`), `include_shared`, `found`, `sent`, `results` (`imported`, `attached`, `duplicate`, `ignored`), `skipped` by reason (`already_sent`, `too_old`, `not_yours`, `title`, `writing`), up to 5 `errors` (`title`, `error`), and the queue's `queue_done` and `queue_failed` (`file_id`, `error`: `not_found`, `unreadable`, `not_a_doc`). Only counts: never the skipped Docs. The Meetings page shows it. 401 when disconnected. Rate limited per token: 30 a minute, 600 a day.

## Request body

`application/json`, required.

- `phase` ("start" | "done"): Default `"done"`.
- `version` (integer): From 1 to 1,000. Default `1`.
- `mode` (string): Up to 12 characters.
- `include_shared` (boolean)
- `lookback_hours` (integer)
- `found` (integer)
- `sent` (integer)
- `results` (object)
- `skipped` (object)
- `errors` (array of object): Up to 20 items.
- `search` (string): Up to 20 characters.
- `queue_done` (array of string): Up to 100 items.
- `queue_failed` (array of object): Up to 100 items.

## Responses

- `200`: OK.
- `401`: No token, or the token is revoked or mistyped.
- `422`: The request didn't validate. `detail` lists each problem, with where it is (`loc`) and why (`msg`).
- `429`: Too many requests from your IP address. Wait the seconds in `Retry-After`.
