# Update a meeting

`PATCH https://api.markdrop.in/api/v1/meetings/{meeting_id}`

`restricted: true` makes the meeting page private with access for the attendees who are workspace members; `false` gives it back to the team and removes exactly those grants (the page's owner only). `type` changes the meeting's type (anyone who can edit the page).

## Path parameters

- `meeting_id` (string, required)

## Request body

`application/json`, required.

- `restricted` (boolean)
- `type` (string): Up to 20 characters.

## Responses

- `200`: OK.
- `401`: No token, or the token is revoked or mistyped.
- `422`: The request didn't validate. `detail` lists each problem, with where it is (`loc`) and why (`msg`).
- `429`: Too many requests from your IP address. Wait the seconds in `Retry-After`.
