# List page versions

`GET https://api.markdrop.in/api/v1/documents/{slug}/versions`

A page's saved versions, newest first, with who made each one and when. For people who can edit the page. An end-to-end encrypted document has no history: `available` is `false`.

- **Authentication:** API token required: `Authorization: Bearer mdk_…`.

## Path parameters

- `slug` (string, required): The document's address: the part after `markdrop.in/`.

## Query parameters

- `cursor` (integer): The `next_cursor` of the previous page. At least 1.
- `limit` (integer): How many to return, up to 100. From 1 to 100. Default `50`.

## Headers

- `X-Markdrop-Workspace` (string): A workspace's id: answer only if the document is in that workspace, else `404`. Workspace domains send it; you rarely need it.

## Responses

- `200`: OK.
- `401`: No token, or the token is revoked or mistyped.
- `422`: The request didn't validate. `detail` lists each problem, with where it is (`loc`) and why (`msg`).
- `429`: Too many requests from your IP address. Wait the seconds in `Retry-After`.
