Folders open straight to their items
The "Who can open what's in here" bar above every folder is gone, so folders open straight to their items.

- Folders and the workspace's top level no longer show the access counts bar above the items.
- What new items start as is still in the folder's ⋯ menu (New items start as…) and, for the top level, in Workspace settings.
- Each item's own access is still shown on its row and in Who can open it.
