Organize meetings no longer times out, and shows what it will do

Organize meetings works in workspaces with many meetings: it runs on Markdrop's servers with live progress instead of stopping with "Couldn't reach Markdrop". Its window now shows what will happen first, and the Meetings page's ⋯ menu is easier to read.

  • Web app
  • MCP server
  • API
  • No more "Couldn't reach Markdrop". With dozens of meetings, Organize meetings could take longer than a request may, and stopped half way. It now runs on the server: it starts at once and shows "Organizing 34 of 80 meetings". Close the window if you like; the Meetings page keeps a progress line and refreshes when it's done.
  • See it before you start. The window shows how many meetings go into how many series folders and Other meetings, the folders as they'll look, how many meetings move or join a series, and the transcripts tucked under their meeting page. At the end it sums up what moved and names any meeting it couldn't file.
  • Safe after an interrupted run. Running it again finishes the job, never makes a second folder for a series, and removes empty extra folders an interrupted run left. Two admins who start it at once follow the same run.
  • A clearer ⋯ menu on the Meetings page: wider, with a line about each item, only what isn't a button already, and a bottom sheet with large rows on phones.
  • AI apps: organize_meetings waits up to about 50 seconds, then returns the progress so far; calling it again follows the same run.
  • API: POST /api/v1/meetings/organize answers 202 with the run; GET /api/v1/meetings/organize/{run} has its progress, and GET /api/v1/meetings/organize?workspace= has the preview.
