GET/api/v1/documents/{slug}/mentionable

List people to mention

Who you can @-mention on a page you can edit: the members of its workspace, sorted by name, with their email address when you're a signed-in member on markdrop.in (never on a workspace's own domain). state is ok, or says why no one is listed: personal (the page is in no workspace), signin (an edit link with no account) or not_member (you edit it but aren't in its workspace). Write a mention as :person[Name]{id="<id>"}.
