CLI 0.5.0: publish into workspaces

Upload straight into a workspace folder, choose the address, and list your workspaces from the terminal.

--workspace takes a workspace's id, name or custom domain; --folder an existing folder path.
The printed link is on the workspace's custom domain when it has a live one.
--slug picks the address and fails before uploading if it is taken.
markdrop mcp gains list_workspaces and list_folders, and its upload_file takes workspace, folder and slug.

On the hosted MCP server, seven workspace tools arrived at the same time: list_workspaces, list_folders, list_workspace_items, add_to_workspace, remove_from_workspace, create_folder and move_to_folder.
