CLI 0.5.1: install fix, Windows on Arm, sends listed under your account

The one-line installer no longer prints an error, Windows on Arm gets a working build, and send and the local MCP server use the token saved by markdrop login.

  • The install script for macOS and Linux started with stray characters, so curl … | sh printed a "not found" error before installing. It now runs cleanly.
  • On Windows on Arm, the PowerShell installer installs the x64 build, which runs under emulation, instead of failing.
  • markdrop send and the local MCP server now use the token saved by markdrop login when MARKDROP_TOKEN isn't set, so your shares appear in your account. send also takes --token.
  • markdrop mcp --help lists all eleven tools, and markdrop upload on a folder explains how to publish a website or send the folder instead.
