Restore old file versions, transfer a workspace, and leave what's shared with you

Versions: a file's Settings lists its last five versions. Restore one to make it current again at the same link, or delete an old one to free space.
Transfer ownership: a workspace owner can make another member the owner from the People tab, and becomes an admin.
Remove me: people added to a document or file can take themselves off it from Shared with me or the item's menu.
New edit secret: the owner of a document can replace a leaked edit secret from Document settings.
Fixes: the keyboard-shortcuts setting now turns off F and /, admin-only workspace controls say "Admins only" consistently, and zipped sites no longer count skipped files towards their limits.
