Markdrop Guides (beta): build and host guides for your product

Create a guide in a workspace or on your own, blank or from a template (product guide, API reference, help center), at a free <name>.guides.markdrop.in address.
Import from GitBook: pages, images, navigation, icons, brand and old links come across, with a report of what needs a look before you publish.
A visual editor with a slash menu for callouts, steps, tabs, cards, code and images with dark versions, or plain Markdown. Drafts save as you type, every save is a version, and one person edits a page at a time.
Six themes (Clean, Editorial, Technical, Minimal, Playful, Help center), your logo and colours with checked contrast, fonts, corners, colour mode and custom CSS.
Publish when you're ready: see what changed, follow the build, and put an earlier publish back in seconds. Turn on reviews to have changes approved first.
Guides roles (Admin, Reviewer, Editor, Viewer), separate from workspace roles, with per-guide roles and a history of changes.
For readers: search, Ask AI with sources, light and dark, and a Markdown copy of every page, llms.txt and an MCP server for AI tools.
