Install Markdrop as an app

Markdrop installs on your phone, tablet or computer: its own icon and window, straight to your dashboard, a branded offline screen, and a Reload prompt when a new version is out. Markdrop Guides installs as its own app too.

  • Web app
  • Install app in the account menu installs Markdrop in Chrome, Edge and Android browsers in one click, and shows the Add to Home Screen steps on iPhone and iPad (and File › Add to Dock in Safari on a Mac).
  • The installed app opens on your dashboard (through sign-in when you're signed out), never the marketing pages, with shortcuts for New page, Search, Markdrop Guides and Analytics on its icon.
  • Offline, it shows You're offline and reloads by itself when you're back. It keeps only its own code and icons on your device, never your documents or anything private.
  • A new version shows A new version of Markdrop is ready with Reload, so you update when it suits you.
  • On phones, bars, sheets and toasts stay clear of the notch and the home indicator.
  • Markdrop Guides (guides.markdrop.in) installs as its own app that opens on your guides.
