Jira: issues from meetings and pages, tickets on Team, to-dos in step both ways

Connect a workspace to Jira Cloud in Workspace settings › Integrations › Jira, and each person connects their own Atlassian account. Turn a meeting's action item, decision or open question, a Team line or any text in a page into a Jira issue that Markdrop AI drafts and you review; it's created as you. Linked to-dos and issues stay in step both ways, Team shows each person's tickets, and Ask answers questions about tickets.

  • Web app
  • API
  • MCP server
  • Connect. An admin connects the Jira site and picks the default project and issue type for new issues, and which projects show on Team (none: Team shows nothing from Jira). Everyone connects their own Atlassian account (Settings › Account › Jira); everything in Jira happens as them.
  • Create. + Jira on a meeting's decisions, action items and open questions, Jira issues in the meeting bar for all open action items, Create Jira issue in the editor's selection toolbar and block menu, and in a Team line's menu. The AI draft (summary, description, type, priority, assignee, due date, labels) is reviewed before anything is created; the issue links back to the moment in the meeting. Restricted meetings warn that the issue's text is visible to everyone in Jira.
  • In step. Tick a linked to-do: the issue moves to Done, as you. Move the issue in Jira: the to-do ticks or unticks ("via Jira" in version history). A chip next to the item shows key, status and assignee to people whose own Jira can open the issue.
  • Team. Each card's open issues, overdue and blocked issues and issues per project; counts only until you connect your account.
  • Ask and links. Ask reads your own Jira for questions about tickets; pasted Jira links show a live chip.
  • AI apps. New MCP tools jira_status, create_jira_issue (with draft), link_jira_issue, list_jira_issues and transition_jira_issue.
  • See Jira.
