Three new MCP tools bring Request edit access and Access requests to your AI app: ask a page's owner to let you edit it, see the requests waiting for you, and approve or decline them, with the same rules and emails as the app.
request_edit_access asks for edit access to a page, document or file you can open but not edit, with an optional note, just like Request edit access in the page's ⋯ menu. It goes to the owner, or to the workspace's admins when the page has no owner who can be reached.list_access_requests lists the requests waiting for you to answer (incoming, the default) or the ones you made (outgoing), pending, approved, declined or all.decide_access_request approves or declines one. Only the person who can answer in the app can answer here: the document's owner, or a workspace admin for an edit request sent to the admins. The requester gets the same email either way, and assistants are told to check with you before approving.Docs updated
