Meeting memory while writing: what the team decided, right in the page

While you write a PRD or any page in a workspace, From meetings shows the decisions, action items and open questions your meetings recorded about it, with the date, the meeting and a link to the moment. Insert one as a cited line, get a gentle card when a section leaves out a decision, and ask the page with your meetings.

  • Web app
  • MCP server
  • API
  • From meetings, beside Ask at the bottom right of a page, follows the section you're writing: decisions, action items (owner, due, open or done), open questions and topics from the workspace's meetings, each with its date, meeting and series, and a link to the moment in the transcript. A search box finds anything else.
  • Insert adds a dated, cited line, such as "Decided on Oct 28, 2026 (Daily Standup): …", with a mention of the meeting and a link to the moment. /meetings in the page opens the panel and inserts where you typed.
  • Missed decisions. When a section clearly leaves out a decision about its topic, a small card asks "Include it here?". With AI on, Claude Haiku 5.5 also notices a section that says something different from a decision. Nothing changes unless you choose Include. Both the button and the cards can be switched off, per person.
  • Ask the page with your meetings. Ask in a workspace page answers from the page and the workspace's meetings, naming the meeting and date for "when did we decide…" questions, with citations that open the moment.
  • Private by design. Only meetings you can open count. Meetings restricted to their attendees, including one-to-one calls, never appear for anyone else. No extra AI cost: the memory comes from the summary each meeting already has.
  • For AI apps: meeting_context returns the decisions and action items related to a topic or a page, with dates, links and a cited line to paste (80 MCP tools now).
