Meetings: every call becomes a page you can ask

Import a Google Meet transcript, Gemini's meeting notes, or both. Markdrop writes the summary, decisions and action items (and @mentions their owners), keeps the transcript, and answers questions about one meeting or all of them, citing the moment it was said.

  • Web app
  • MCP server
  • API
  • Import by pasting, uploading (.txt, .vtt, .srt, .sbv, .docx), or picking Google Meet's transcript and Gemini notes from your Drive. Notes and a transcript of the same call become one meeting.
  • A page per meeting in the workspace's new Meetings folder, with Date, Type, Attendees, Organizer, Duration and Action items as properties: a summary, decisions, an action-item checklist that @mentions and notifies the members who own them, open questions, topics, and the transcript as a sub-page with a line per turn.
  • Google's notes, as written. When Gemini's notes are there, their summary, details and next steps are used word for word; AI only fills the gaps.
  • Ask this meeting and Ask across meetings: answers in English, with chips that open the transcript at the moment it was said. Only meetings you can open are ever used.
  • Restrict to attendees, and delete (the importer, or a workspace admin for any meeting).
  • Meetings AI has its own budget (5aday,5 a day, 50 a month), in the admin's AI tab.
  • For AI apps: import_meeting, list_meetings, get_meeting and ask_meetings (75 MCP tools now).
