Import past meetings, organised by date and series

Bring in weeks of earlier calls at once: drop all your transcripts and Gemini notes, check the dates in a review, and they import in the background, oldest first, each on the day it happened and without notifying anyone about old action items. Recurring meetings get their own folder (Meetings › Daily Sync Up), one-offs go to Other meetings, and Ask across meetings can stick to one series or period.

  • Web app
  • MCP server
  • API
  • Import past meetings on the Meetings page: drop or choose up to 300 files (transcripts and Gemini notes mixed), pick several Google Docs at once, or paste several meetings with a === line between them.
  • A review before anything is created: each meeting's date (from Google's file name, the Doc's creation day or the text), its name and series, whether the notes and the transcript were both found, and whether it's already in the workspace. A meeting without a date is flagged until it gets one.
  • Runs in the background, oldest first, and survives closing the page: "12 of 40", Pause, Resume, Stop, and Retry for a meeting that failed. A backlog bigger than today's Meetings AI budget waits for tomorrow's and carries on by itself.
  • Quiet: action items in past meetings still @mention people, but nobody is notified about them.
  • A folder per series: a meeting whose name comes back on another day ("Daily Sync Up", "Sprint 23 review" and "Sprint 24 review") gets a Series and its own folder, Meetings › Daily Sync Up; the earlier one moves in with it. Everything else goes to Meetings › Other meetings. Each folder opens on its meetings, newest first and grouped by month. Change a meeting's series in its Details and it moves; admins can Organize meetings to file the ones already there. The Meetings page lists meetings by month with a chip per series.
  • Who sees it: 1:1s and two-person calls start restricted to the people who were there; calls with three or more people are open to the team. The review shows it, and you can change it per meeting.
  • Ask one series or a period: pick them above the question, or say it ("What came up in the Daily Standups last month?"). Answers say when and where ("On 28 Oct, in Daily Standup…") and prefer recent meetings for questions about the latest state.
  • MCP: import_meetings_bulk and organize_meetings (78 tools), and list_meetings and ask_meetings take a series and dates.
