Markdrop for Slack: meeting notes, /markdrop, link previews and direct messages

Connect a Slack workspace from Workspace settings › Integrations. Meeting notes go to a channel with Done buttons that tick the action items on the page, /markdrop search and ask answer you privately from what you can open, links preview when the whole channel may see them, and mentions, sign-offs, shares and access requests arrive as direct messages.

  • Meeting notes in a channel: the summary, decisions and action items of each imported meeting, with a Done button per action item that ticks it on the Markdrop page as the person who clicked. Meetings restricted to their attendees are never posted; Post to Slack in the meeting panel posts one again.
  • /markdrop search, /markdrop ask and /markdrop meetings: replies only you see, built only from what your Markdrop account can open.
  • Link previews for markdrop.in links: a preview when anyone with the link, or everyone in your workspace, may open it (and the channel isn't shared with another organization); otherwise "Markdrop link — sign in to view".
  • Direct messages for mentions, sign-off requests (choose an option in Slack), shares, and access requests (Approve or Decline in Slack), each one switchable.
  • Link your Slack account once with Sign in with Slack. Markdrop keeps no Slack token for you; the workspace's app token is encrypted.
