Team: see who's doing what, from your meetings and pages

Turn on **Team memory** and every workspace gets a **Team** board: a card per member with their status (On track, Blocked, Waiting on someone, Quiet lately), what they're on now, targets with due dates and open items, built from your meetings and pages. Every line links to where it came from, and shows only to people who can open that meeting or page.

  • Web app
  • MCP server
  • Off until an admin turns it on, from Team in the sidebar or Settings › Advanced › Team memory. It reads the last 30 days first, then keeps up by itself. Turning it off deletes what it gathered.
  • The board: status, now, targets ("by Thursday" is worked out from the meeting's day), open items and a two-week activity strip per person; open items per person, updates per day and blockers at a glance; a Projects tab with who is on each project. Filter by person, status, project and period.
  • A page per person and per project: working on now, targets, a timeline by day, action items, decisions, recent meetings and documents, each with its source.
  • Groups and a weekly summary: admins make groups (Markdrop suggests them from who attends which meeting series) and everyone filters by them. Every Monday at 9 am the week's highlights, blockers and what's due go to the admins by email and to your Slack meetings channel, and sit on Team as This week, only from what everyone in the workspace can open.
  • Yours to correct: set your own status ("On leave till Monday") and focus note; hide a line about you, or say it's wrong and write what's right.
  • Private stays private: a restricted 1:1 only feeds the Team pages of the people in it; private pages and the Trash likewise.
  • Ask answers "what is Priya working on?" from it, citing the meeting. AI apps get list_team, get_person_profile and get_project_status.
  • Claude Haiku 5.5 in the background, on its own budget (3aday,3 a day, 30 a month).
