Items open straight to themselves
Opening a page, document or file from a workspace no longer shows a locked document screen for a moment first. A page opens in its own screen, and documents and files open full screen.

- No locked screen first. When you're signed in, an item from your workspace no longer shows the app header, a Private bar and a placeholder before it appears.
- A page opens as a page. While it loads, you see the page's own screen with its single top bar.
- Documents and files open full screen, with the Markdrop loader on a slow connection, and never show the framed view first.
- Access hasn't changed. Nothing appears until Markdrop has checked that you can open the item. People who can't open it still get the sign-in or access screen.
