AI apps can duplicate pages, list a workspace's members and mention people by name

Three additions for teams that build pages with an AI app: duplicate_page copies a page with its images, list_workspace_members gives the ids to mention people, and a mention written with just a name finds the member it means.

  • Web app
  • MCP server
  • duplicate_page copies a page you can read, with its properties and its own copies of its images, into a folder or page you choose, or next to the original. The copy is yours, and a locked page gives an unlocked copy, so a locked template can be the start of a new page. Sub-pages come along when you ask.
  • list_workspace_members lists the members of a workspace you're in: name, account id and role, and email addresses for admins.
  • In a page, :person[Ada Lovelace] without an id now finds the one member of the page's workspace with that name when the page is saved. A name that matches nobody, or more than one member, stays plain text, and the AI app is told which.
