Export pages as Markdown, HTML or PDF

Download a page as portable Markdown, one self-contained HTML file or a PDF, with its images and the sub-pages you can open. Items a reader can't open are exported as "Locked item", never by name.

  • API
  • ⋯ › Export… on any page: pick Markdown, HTML or PDF.
  • Markdown any app reads: callouts become labelled quotes, columns follow one another, people and dates become text, embedded files become links. With images, a .zip with an images folder.
  • HTML: one file in the page's look, images inside, that opens anywhere, even offline.
  • PDF: your browser's print dialog with the page laid out for paper: light, no menus, the cover on top, no blocks split across sheets.
  • Include sub-pages: a folder for each one you can open, linked to each other; the PDF prints them after the page.
  • Readers can export unless the page's editors switch that off in its ⋯ menu.
  • An end-to-end encrypted document's browser saves its Markdown with Download Markdown.
  • AI apps export with the new export_page MCP tool.
