PATCH/api/v1/meetings/backfill/{job_id}

Change the review

Before the import starts: per row (rows: [{id, title?, date?, series?, include?}]) its name, date (YYYY-MM-DD, not in the future), series (null for none) and whether it's imported; and the quiet and restricted switches. A duplicate of a meeting already here can't be included.
