GET/api/v1/meetings/backfill/{job_id}

Get a past-meeting import

One of your imports: the review before it starts, its progress after. An import is returned with its state (draft, running, paused, waiting, done or cancelled), quiet, restricted, wait (why and until when it waits: the Meetings AI budget), counts (included, done, imported, attached, duplicate, failed, needs_date…), problems (files that were skipped, and why), estimate (the AI cost of what's left, and whether today's budget covers it) and rows: one per meeting found, with its date and where it came from (date_from: title, created, content or user), title, series, kinds (notes, transcript), include, needs_date, dup (new, duplicate or attach, with the meeting already here) and, once started, its state, error and meeting_id.
