POST/api/v1/jira/connect/start

Start connecting Jira

Returns Atlassian's consent address. kind: "site" (admins and owners, with workspace_id) connects the workspace's Jira site; kind: "me" connects your own Atlassian account (back: where to return on markdrop.in). Atlassian sends you back to markdrop.in, which finishes with Finish connecting Jira. 503 when Jira isn't set up on this server.
